On www.comergence.com, select the 'Forgot Username' and/or 'Forgot Password' links, enter your email for each. An email for each request will be sent to you. The email entered must match the one in your account, other wise no email will be received. 

When entering your credentials to login, be sure to type in your password and/or username. Copying and pasting may cause errors. 

If the email is not received in your inbox, but you know the email is the correct one on file, check your junk/spam folders for the email.
