During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm.


  • A new Comergence Support Help Site has been launched, and is available for all users. The Site contains helpful information, step by step instructions, vendor management information, live chat access, and more.

  • Lenders now have the ability to view and add comments for clients on scorecards, findings, and applications, allowing better documentation specific to each area.

  • Exporting data has been added from the following locations: User management, clients tab, and applications tab making it easier to manage all.
