During our scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Appraisers/BPO Agents & Panel Managers.

 

Major Announcements for Appraisers/BPO Agents

 

  • We have improved the screen an appraiser with an expired subscription lands on when they log into their account. The appraiser can manage all billing details from this screen as well as cancel/reactivate their account.Comergence has now added the ability for any appraiser to cancel and reactivate their subscription from inside the system at any time at their convenience.

  • We have have updated the Geography section when adding a state and county in the account profile, as well as a check all/uncheck all feature. (Improvement)

  • We have enhanced user’s “Edit Account” page to now open to new page in a full screen layout so users can edit and see their account details easier. (Improvement).

Major Announcements for Panel Managers

 

  • Connect your own system to our application programming interface (API) which generates a secure link to the appraiser’s profile, thus enabling a detailed view of the Scorecard. Included in the API is our proprietary Certificate of Compliance that can be included with the appraisal work product. There is no charge for this service.

  • We have enhanced the page lay out for your “My Users” page. Now Panel Managers can easily view all your users in a list with column details for your users. (Enhancement)

All Appraisal Users


  • When any appraisal user resets their password or sets their password after someone adds them to the account. We have removed the register button from the reset login window to avoid confusion (improvement)

  • When any appraisal user is viewing an application they will now notice everything on the screen stays centered so that the screen is not stretched (improvement)
