Please use the 'Forgot Username' option on www.comergence.com to ensure you are logging into the correct account. If you do not receive your username request via email, please also clear your browser cache and try again.


It is important to be sure you are checking the email that was registered with your Comergence contact information. If you suspect your email is outdated/incorrect, please contact your account administrator(s) or Comergence Support to help check and update your account.


In addition, please be aware we use the same email as other Optimal Blue services. Be sure to check any email rules you may have associated to the domain @optimalblue.com. Especially if you are a user of multiple Optimal Blue services.

Comergence can guarantee passcodes are being sent, but because of different email servers and service settings, we cannot guarantee they are received. In some cases users may need the help of their IT or Email Administrator to help ensure delivery.
