Showcase your company and brand with ease! List your products, specific pricing, and contact information all in one place. Connect with mortgage lenders by highlighting your offerings, including social media links, and select loan programs or tags to make your company easily discoverable by your target audience.


To locate the Solution Center settings, click 'Solution Center' within the settings dropdown:



Please Note: The Solution Center Settings are permission based. If you do not have this option in your dropdown, contact your system administrator to request the 'Manage Solution Center' permission.



Solution Center - Company Info


The Company Info section is where customers can control the primary company information that displays for clients and prospective clients. The logo and Company Description show on the front facing card that clients initially see and can click on to access the rest of your company information and offerings (Apply To Channels and/or Products)


When new customers partner with Comergence their account is 'Not Visible' by default, allowing them time to manage their information before making themselves visible in the system. Customers can then enable and disable visibility at any time.



Select 'Edit' to update the Company Info details:



1. Company Logo - The Company Logo will display in the company card as well as throughout the system, such as on print applications, questionnaires, etc.


2. Company Description - This is a space for customers to craft a compelling narrative about their company. Ensure the information presented is clear, engaging, and informative for prospective clients. Max. 380 Characters.


3. Social Media URLs - As customers add their Social Media Links to the appropriate fields the corresponding icon will reflect in the preview (shown below) and will be clickable for clients to reach each their page(s). Note: Links must be formatted https://


Please Note: If a platform URL is placed in the wrong field, the icon will reflect the platform for which the field belongs. For example, customer enters a Facebook link in the space for Instagram, the preview will reflect the Instagram icon but direct to the Facebook page.


4. Company Information

Display Name - This is the name that will display in the system. Customers that prefer to use a DBA can enter this name here to ensure representing as they desire.

Company Contact, Phone, Website, and Email - This information will be provided in the 'Overview' section of your Solution Center profile for clients and is the general contact information for the company. Customers offering specific products or business channels will have the opportunity to enter specific contact information for those services within the 'Products' and/or 'Channel Settings' (see below).


5. Company Characteristics

Tags & Loan Programs - Customers offering products can use tags and investors can use loan program selections to make their company easily discoverable by their target audience.


Logo Adjustments: Use the bottom right corner to adjust the area of the image that should be shown. Removing as much white space as possible to maximize on the space available. Once the preferred area is captured, drag the area square to make any further needed adjustments.




Company Info Preview


The Preview will exactly reflect how the information card will show. Use the icon at the center of the page to collapse and expand the preview in the right panel. 


One caveat - if the information has exceeded the amount of space allowed in the preview, the text will show a "..." but clients will see the full description in the card in the Solution Center. 



Solution Center - Overview


The Overview is the page clients land on after selecting your company info card and provides a more in depth company Overview Description with rich text editor to further organize information with bullet points, bolding, etc.


 

Marketing Image - This additional image is adjustable by size and position. 


The Preview will exactly reflect how the information Company Overview will show to clients in the Solution Center. Use the icon at the center of the page to collapse and expand the preview in the right panel. 




Solution Center - Products


The Products Tab is only visible to customers with at least one active product added. This is where customers can manage and showcase products and services they offer to lenders & originators.



Select 'Edit' to update the Products Overview for all products offered.



Marketing Image - This additional image is adjustable by size and position. 



The Preview will exactly reflect how the Products Tab will show to clients in the Solution Center. Use the icon at the center of the page to collapse and expand the preview in the right panel.


The Product Visibility switch allows customers to control which products are currently visible in the Solution Center. 



Each product can be 'Managed' by selecting the 3 dots (ellipsis) to the right and if the product has multiple plans being advertised or allowing subscription, an arrow to the left of the product will expand the list.



After selecting the 'Product Card' the unique Product Description can be updated in the Rich Text Editor and shows a preview to the right as you make edits.



Please Note: The Sales Lead email is required for a product to "Go Live"


Depending on the Plan setup (controlled by the Comergence by Optimal Blue Team) orginators will either have the option to subscribe directly or 'Contact Us'. When the 'Contact Us' option is selected an email will be generated to the contact email entered with the following details:


<Customer Name> has a new inquiry for <Product Name>. Below are the details provided by the interested contact:

Company Name, NMLS ID
Name:
Email:
Phone number:


Partners have full control on how each plan is described by selecting 'Manage Plan':



After selecting 'Manage Plan' another Rich Text Editor is available to clearly articulate the plan details with a convenient preview to the right (similar to the primary Product Card):



Solution Center - Apply Now


The Apply Now Tab is only visible to investors with at least one active channel added. This is where customers can manage the channels they offer applicants to apply to them. 



Channel Descriptions and Contact information (Screening Info) is managed within the 'Manage Channels' section. Click the link provided to direct to that section. For more information on 'Manage Channels', click HERE.


After making the desired updates to the channel information, users can return to the Solution Center > Apply Now tab to view the preview how the information looks to clients.
