If the NMLS ID you're entering is valid but your getting the error "NMLS ID not found", it's likely due to one of the following two reasons...

  1. The ID must be for a company (not individual/branch). Try again with the valid company NMLS ID.
  2. The ID is newly approved on NMLS. Once the information shows on www.nmlsConsumerAccess.org,  then allow 1-2 business days for our system to receive the update from NMLS and recognize the new ID. In this case, try again the following business day.
    1. Check NMLSConsumerAccess.org for current NMLS Status.
