The Products section of the account is where originators can manage their subscribed products that they have purchased via Comergence by Optimal Blue's Solution Center.
Only user's with the 'Manage Payments' permission will be able to manage this section and issue product licenses to their users.
After selecting a product in the list, users will land on the billing settings for the product.
Click the 'User Licenses' tab to manage the users that should have access to the service or product. If the user isn't listed as having a license, click 'Assign License' to add a new user to the list.
If needing to reactivate or deactivate a license, click the ellipsis (3 dots) to 'Manage Licenses' for the user.
The steps for managing access may be different based on products. For example, for Social Media Marketing, users should be assigned to the specific workspaces they need access to.
'Add Ons' for each product will also be dependent on the product and whether they offer additional add-ons. For Social Media Marketing, additional workspaces are considered Add-Ons, when needing additional workspaces, please reach out to ClientRelations@optimalblue.com for assistance.
After the license is issued, users can access their various assigned products via the 'My Products' tab in the top menu.
