New Alert and Scorecard message


New Account Settings

Panel Managers now have the ability to display a message or consent to any appraiser who wishes to initiate an application with them.


How to use


Go to the gear icon next to your user name, and then select the “Account Settings” link.


When the page opens, select the “Application Settings” tab, then hit the blue ‘edit’ button, select “Message or Consent” (yes or no). When ‘yes’ is selected, you will be prompted to add your message. Then hit ‘save’.


Panel Manager has ability to view Response and/or supporting documents for Scorecard findings

We have given appraisers the ability to create a response or upload supporting documents to address scorecard findings. This information, if added by the appraiser, is viewable by AMCs and Panel Managers that have a pending or existing relationship.


How to use

When in your appraiser profile, simply access the scorecard item and scroll to the bottom of the page. If there is a LOE or Supporting documentation, it will be available to you for review. Select the blue “View” button open attachments.


New Alerts and Scorecard Message

When an appraiser is no longer in good standing, AMCs and Panel Managers will receive an alert and the appraisers Scorecard will display a message indicating the same.


How to use

The alert will show in your Alerts tab, under the category “client subscription” and provide details of the appraiser. The notification on the Scorecard will appear on the header of the Scorecard page, in pink.
