All Users
- New Landing Page: All users can now log in once and select from multiple organizations or products they have access to—no more juggling different emails.
- Account Linking by Email: Accounts are now linked by email address. Changing your email will link or unlink accounts automatically.
- Switch Accounts: A new “Switch Accounts” option is available in the User Settings menu for quick access to other accounts or products. A BIG convenience! For more information click here.
- Licenses Screen Update: New columns—Status Date and Renewed Through—have been added for better visibility. For more information click here.
- Reporting Refresh: Embedded Tableau reports now have a cleaner look and easier navigation.
Originators
- Submit Button Always Visible
The “Submit Application” button now stays fixed at the bottom of the screen, making it easier to submit without scrolling. For more information click here. - Smarter Contact Import Handling
Contact imports now protect active user data by preventing email changes and clearly flagging issues in the failed imports file. - Clearer Import Error Messages
If an email is already used by another NMLS contact, the system will now explain why the import failed—saving time and confusion. For more information click here - Stronger Email Validation
Manual email changes are now blocked if the new email is already tied to another NMLS contact, helping keep contact records clean and accurate. For more information click here.

Counterparty Oversight
- Question Type Change Warning
When editing a saved questionnaire, a message now appears if you change a question type that doesn’t support skip logic—helping you avoid accidentally removing important rules and settings. For more information click here. - Custom Field Export on Client Board
When exporting selected fields, custom fields are now included—so your exports reflect exactly what you need. - Custom Field Enhancements on Client Board
When filtering by a custom field, it now appears as a sortable column in the client table and is included in exports—giving you better visibility and control over client data. Multi-selected fields show values clearly, and formatting matches the field type (e.g., phone numbers display in phone format). - Client Column Resized

Solution Center
- "Go Live" Tooltip Added
A helpful message now appears over the “Go Live” toggle when it’s disabled, and no Sales Lead Email is provided—making it easier to understand why the option isn’t available. - Helpful Hints for Descriptions
A question mark icon has been added next to “Product Description” and “Plan Description” in edit mode. Hovering shows a tip about using secure links—helping ensure correct formatting. - The “Publish” button is now renamed “Save” on the Company Info, Overview, and Products tabs—making the action clearer for customers managing their content.
- Colorful Social Media Icons
Social media icons on the Overview tab now appear in color when a link is provided—giving a more polished and professional look. - Sales Lead Emails Now Include Plan Info
When a user clicks to contact sales, the Sales Lead Email now includes the specific plan they’re interested in—helping sales teams respond and track more effectively. - Click-to-Call Phone Icon
If a phone number is provided in the Company Info tab, a phone icon now appears on the Overview tab—allowing users to click and call directly from their device. For more information click here.
Prospect Marketing
- Email Visibility Across the Platform
When Prospect Marketing Visibility is enabled, users can now see email addresses on the Marketing Contacts page, Contact Lists, Client Contacts, and in exports—making it easier to identify and engage with contacts directly. - Flexible Contact Creation
Users can now create or edit a contact with an email already used by another active partner organization, as long as it’s not linked through the Related Account feature—allowing more flexibility in managing contact records while still preventing duplicates when necessary.
If a duplicate email is detected for a related contact, the system now clearly displays: “Contact with provided email already exists.” For more information click here.
