Investors


  • Solution Center Enhancements 
    • New enhanced layout and customization
    • New Company information card layout
    • New Overview area for products (Image and rich text editor and preview)
    • New company description
    • Added recommended resolution sizes for logos for optimal quality

Originators


  • New My Products tab 
    • Originators now have an easier way to see their products and services. A My Products tab was added to the top-level menu. Social Compliance and Reporting have also been moved under the My Products menu. For more information click here.
    • Solution Center has been revamped with a new slick and clean layout making it easier to find partners and other solutions.  For more information click here.
    • Originators will be able to purchase products in platform (Comergence for convenience. 
    • New user permission called Manage Payments has been added. This permission allows users to purchase products in Comergence. Please note, this user permission is defaulted OFF. For more information click here.



  • New Products menu item was added to the account profile. Now users can refer to their Products to view and manage products purchased.
    • Users can now assign licenses (users’ access) to the various subscribed products such as Social Cloud 
    • Users can now terminate/cancel workspaces/products

  • Social Media Marketing enhancements
    • Existing users can now manage their own Social Marketing users in Comergence 
    • Existing uses can now log into Comergence to access Social Cloud, the Social Media Marketing platform through Single Sign on (SSO)
    • Existing users can now assign/ unassign users to workspaces in Comergence.

  • Bug Fixes
  • Counterparty Oversight API – GET Documents now include discontinued documents. 
  • Financial warning message was not available for customers for 2021 and 2022 when the document was already uploaded. Now, users will receive a warning message, “You are about to request financial documents that have already been uploaded. Select Request to continue” to avoid requesting documents that have already been uploaded
