Social Media Monitoring (NEW)-

Social Media Monitoring is now available. The service enables an automated way to be notified in real-time of potential infractions across corporate digital properties or of a loan officer’s social networking profile. Monitoring is flexible and configurable based on your institution’s needs and allows for quick resolution and remediation.

  • Easily monitor all company and individual Social Media accounts using out-of-the-box relevant mortgage trigger terms.
  • Customized trigger terms can be added for specific organizational needs, like your company name.
  • Social media data is automatically recorded and archived as required by state and federal regulators and can be retrieved at any time.
  • The ability to monitor individual accounts that are not connected through the system.
  • New filter options allow for quick access to manage and view specific findings.
