During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm.

New Features, Services, and Enhancements

Social Media Monitoring (New) -

• Users can now update their monitoring subscription details with ease, at any time, within the new billing section.

Social Media (Enhancements)-

• Additional filters have been added within the 'Archive' and 'Review Feed'. Users can search for specific posts/pages more efficiently.
• Mobile icons lenders rely on to identify contacts registered on the Social Media Mobile app, are now available within the 'Review Details'.

• Improved email notifications for when payment fails for Social Media Compliance Schedule. Users can now react more quickly and get their schedule back on track.

Social Media Mobile/Web (New)-

• Profile pictures now display to the left of all connected accounts so users can easily identify the Social Media sites.
• When an Individual adds a Social Media site to their record, the system will now provide them with the option to "connect" immediately for all accounts that allow.

Investor (Enhancement)-  

• Investor comments now link to the related record, such as an alert, finding, application, etc. Making it easier to track the various documentation.

Investor (New)-  

• Now, anytime an investor user requests a client document, the option to send a custom message is provided, as well as the option to choose which lender user the investor wants the emailed message to go to.

Investor Marketing (Enhancement)- 

• We have removed forecasting and replaced the MSA Details to reflect averages based on last 8 week activities. This provides a more up to date view of what is happening in the market. Graphs provide users with visual aid on rate trends, DTI, and FICO averages.
