During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm.
New Features, Services, and Enhancements
Lender user- Social Media
Enhancement- Findings on reviews have been enhanced. Users will now be able to easily understand which observations are related to issue type and related regulations.
New Feature- Remediation - Social media auditors now have the ability to easily manage and remediate findings with the new remediation feature. This new feature creates process efficiencies by allowing the auditor to create due dates, select specific observations, and message loan officers though the mobile application for any corrections.

New Feature- Remediation Board -The Remediation board is where social media auditors can go to view and manage all remediations in one place. Auditors can utilize filters to easily manage and view any remediation.

Social Media Mobile User
New Feature- Connect Google+ Users can now connect their Google+ account and view all Google+ post in their social steam.

New Feature- Tasks- When a remediation is sent from the social media auditor it will show up in the task section of the mobile app. Each task will show a due date, observation in question, any attached documentation, and communication/messages from the auditor. Once the loan officer makes the proper corrections to the issue they can mark the task complete.
