During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment for Realm. New Features, Services, and Enhancements. 

Social Media Compliance Reporting has temporarily been removed from the system as we prepare a new reporting product release. You will be notified in the coming days once this is made available.

• Social Media Inventory- Added individual NMLS ID to the export.
• Social Media Remediation Enhancements:

• Users can access their task board directly from their reminder email which will show all issues that need to be fixed without having to log into the system. 
• If email is present for individuals task notifications will be sent to individuals
• Added reminder emails for open tasks. Emails will be sent out every 7 days. 
• Social Media Observations are now grouped into categories to improve the user experience. Users can add an observation and view all related regulations.
• Findings Board- Name and Account columns are now sortable

• Audit Checklist Enhancements:

• Updated audit checklist settings with new observation grouping. 
• Audit checklist is now available for monitoring findings.
• When creating a finding, users now have the ability to see audit checklist/non-checklist items based on lender settings.
