During the scheduled maintenance window, we released the following items to the production environment with new features, services, and enhancements.

 

  • Social Media Enhancements:
    • Individuals can now connect and identify mortgage specific Facebook pages.

    • Emojis are supported in reviews and replies.

 

  • New Reputation Manager – Google My Business, Facebook reviews.

    • Users now have an aggregated view of all reviews across social media platforms.
    • Users can now reply to Facebook and Google reviews directly from within the platform. 
    • Notifications when new reviews are received or updated. 
    • New filters on reviews board.
    • Edit replies that have already been posted.
